AIP Capital Management is the investment management arm of the AIP Group, providing qualified investors with access to alternative mandates across real assets, trade finance, structured products, and liquid public-market strategies. The platform is regulated by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority and is differentiated by its connection to AIP Holding’s operating asset base across marine, metals, energy, logistics, and industrial infrastructure. Selected mandates are structured with regulated counterparties and may be made available through institutional banking, custody, and market-data infrastructure.
Our approach
We deploy capital across the full asset class spectrum, from liquid actively managed certificates to direct co-investments in operating businesses. Every mandate is backed by assets our parent structure already owns and runs. We become shareholders and operators first, then we structure access for partners.
