The platform is regulated by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority and is differentiated by its connection to AIP Holding’s operating asset base across marine, metals, energy, logistics, and industrial infrastructure. Selected mandates are structured with regulated counterparties and may be made available through institutional banking, custody, and market-data infrastructure.
